FAMILY LIFE:
Ariel and Shirley have been married for 18 years. They have four children: Bea, 16, is in her senior year in High School, Jerome (deceased), their only son who died of a sickness known as TB Meningitis. Ana, 3, is a certified princess who always loves to wear fancy jewelry and lip gloss, and Andrea, 2, is the clown in the family and an athlete in the making.

LIFE IN THE MINISTRY.
Ariel accepted Jesus Christ into his life in the summer of 1986 as a sophomore student of De La Salle University, when he attended a seminar on rock music hosted by the then newly-planted Victory Church in Makati. He entered the ministry as an accountant in 1991 and was eventually ordained a pastor in 1996. His first pastoral assignment was in Valle Verde with Pastor Steve Murrell, founder of Every Nation Churches in the Philippines, and Pastor Ferdie Cabiling. In 2001, he helped Pastor Manny Carlos in the Quezon city church, until he was called to pastor the Alabang church in 2002. Ariel is passionate on the topics of leadership, visions and values, family, marriage, parenting, and finances.

ARIEL TRIVIA:
Ariel is a certified Techie, listing Macbook pro and iphone as his favorite among the latest inventions. At 40, he decided to train for triathlon and ran his first race on June 15, Father’s day, 2008.
